L’AGENCY is a boutique agency with two divisions: Talents and Brands. We work with a diverse array of clients from across the influencer marketing landscape, representing both individual talents and the brands they collaborate with. Our agency is known for creating mutually beneficial partnerships between these stakeholders. This role focuses on supporting the talent side of the business, working closely with both the talent management team and the wider agency. A commercial mindset is crucial in this position to ensure that we maximize the value of every partnership, securing the best opportunities for both our talents and clients.

Your primary responsibilities therefore involve supporting the team of talent managers in representing, marketing, and promoting a segment of the L’AGENCY talent roster. How?

  • You create and seize opportunities, representing some of the most prominent figures in the industry. 
  • You support in the process of preparing proposals, negotiating with (international) clients, and finalizing agreements in partnership with L’AGENCY's in-house general counsel.
  • You collaborate and liaise with a dedicated team of talent, project managers and PR managers, to collectively turn our aspirations into reality.

It's clear that you need to possess a distinctive set of skills and abilities:

  • Uniquely combining commercial and analytical acumen with exceptional soft skills.
  • A solid understanding of brand marketing and influencer marketing, with a strong interest in the creator economy.
  • Persuasive ability to articulate the value of influencer marketing and opportunities in the broader creator economy.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit, able to work well within a team and support others to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience gained in influencer marketing in an agency setting or brand marketing role is preferred but not a prerequisite.
